By requesting Eii Website Design to make a website, you are agreeing to the terms set forth on this page.

Website design will not begin until payment is received by Eii Website Design. For Custom made websites which are being created by Eii Website Design from scratch, a non-refundable deposit of $29.99 must be received by Eii Website Design before work beigns on the website. Upon customer acceptance of the custom website design, Customer will submit remainder of payment, all pictures and text to be included on website.

Upon receival of payment, as well as all pictures, text and related material from customer which is to be used in the creation of the website, Eii Website Design will begin work on website design.

Webdesign usually takes several weeks, but could take several months to complete, depending on customer needs. Time to complete website design begins after payment and all pictures and text to be used on the website is received by Eii Website Design.

Once Eii Website Design begins work on web site, the addition of material not previously submitted to Eii Website Design will be treated as an "update service" which will require a service charge and the price per material added.

Purchase price is for web design "as is". Because monitors and computers vary, the customer understands that the website may appear differently on various computer monitors and browsers.
